Software to be effective you must be able to do many things. Four of the

Email
Prospector can email one person just like any
other Contact
Software. Prospector can use multiple lists for email. Import your people or
type them in, then put them in a list. You can email the whole list at
once.
Imagine sending out 1500 personalized
emails at the click of a mouse. Even better, you can have the name of each
prospect in the subject line and/or in each email so they look like you
wrote each one individually.
Letters
With email spam problems, standard mail is being used
even more.
Get the word to your Prospects using
standard mail. Prospector can use standard text or RTF formats to write your
letters. RTF means you can get fancy with the bold print and colors that
will help your letter stand out.
You can use a Dymo label printer to print
custom labels for your letters. You can even put logo's on your labels for
that extra zip that helps your labels stand out.
Phone Calls
Prospector excels in High Speed Dials used in Small Business. You can set
up normal comments so they don't have to be typed then click/click and
re-schedule with typing for a pre-set date and time. You can also enter
comments manually.
In business you have to make calls and make
them as quickly as possible. The features built for dial results and
rescheduled calls are made to do this faster and easier than any software we
have ever looked at!

Schedules
You must be able to make schedules for your

History of Prospector Contact Manager Software
In 1989 we started VMT Software. As calls came in we wrote down the information on a form we made and
filed it for call backs. It wasn't long we have piles of paper and the
system was falling apart. We were missing our follow up calls, and so we
knew we were missing new sales. We bought a contact management software, in
fact we bought 3 or 4 contact management programs.
Even then the contact software had evolved into something best
suited for cooperate use. Clearly there was a need for a simple to use program without the bulk needed for a cooperate
business. As times
changed we added faster ways to schedule calls, better letter features and
some great email capabilities. We added tracking for support issues, and
hyper notes for keeping and finding notes without paper everywhere. The
focus is still small business and not cooperate bulk.
To date Prospector has helped us track calls, send emails, send letters,
track support, keep notes, and much more. This software has helped us make
over $2,000,000 by tracking information about prospects and clients and it
