Contact Management Software - Passwords
No Contact Management Software is complete without security. And with Prospector, security is everywhere. Whenever someone changes a contact, a schedule, or a support record, their user name is recorded in that record with the date and time it was changed.
Each user can have a password, and a level from 1 - 9. Areas of the program can be restricted by level.
If you do not need this security and do not assign users, then the program will not ask you for a username when you sign in.
