Prospector Contact Management Software - Videos

Videos are designed to show you a live demonstration of Prospector contact software. We will be adding new videos as quickly as possible so you will be able to see more of our contact software in action.

These movies are not sales movies. The movies are short, around 2-4 minutes. They are designed to show you how the Prospector Contact Software works and how easy it is to run.

Enter New Customer - This video shows you how to enter a new customer/prospect in the Prospector program. It will also cover a few of the options available from the form where you enter the customer/prospect.

Using Schedules - The heart of any Contact Management software is the schedules. Once a prospect has been entered you need to contact that person and record the results. If further contact is wanted, or needed, then another schedule is made. Prospector keeps a complete history of all schedules done. Watch the video to see how schedules are done in Prospector .

Letter Writing and Editing - A good contact management system needs a good editor for writing emails and letters to your prospects and customers. Prospectors email and letter writing feature gives you the power to get this done.
